We cannot emphasize enough, to please follow the advice of officials and experts, be safe, stay healthy. YES!  Now you can Pay Online!  Easily and securely pay your Common Area Fees, Power, and more through this website. Most major Debit Cards and Credit Cards are accepted. Also, PayPal members can pay with PayPal. 

Considering the current situation, we encourage those who can, to pay online to avoid contact and for the sake of social distancing. 

All convenience fees are waived. There are no additional charges on top of your Common Area Fees, Power, etc.

Government Mandates:

All Government mandates apply at Ypao Garden.

Laundry Room is Open:
In an effort to create social distacning, only one person, couple, or family (one party) shall be "inside" the laundry at a time. Please allow any one before you to complete what they are doing before entering the room.

NOTE: You must wear a mask while in the Laundry Room. Do not enter the Laundry Room if you are not wearing a mask.

In an effort to create social distancing, only one person, couple, or family (one party) shall use the elevator at a time. Basically, await your turn to use the elevator.

NOTE: You must wear a mask while in the Elevator. Do not enter the Elevator if you are not wearing a mask.

Club House:

Please practice social distancing in the Club House and all common areas.

Tennis Courts:
The tennis courts are open. Please follow government mandates regarding outdoor sports.

Swimming Pools:
Currently, the swimming pools remain open. However, take your own precautions if you do decide to swim or relax along the pool side.

Please follow the governments mandates and Governor's executive orders.

Social Distancing:
Please be courteous and maintain at least 6ft of space between you and other residents while in the hallways, walkways, parking lot, stairways, and other common areas. 

HOA Meeting:
A general HOA meeting was to be scheduled some time in April 2020. However, due to the current situation, the meeting has been postponed. It is being held in November 2021, instead.

Management will take all necessary measures to enforce changes for the benefit of all our residents' health and safety. Enforcement may include warnings and penalties/fees.
