LAUNDRY ROOM IS 24/7 AND ALL RESIDENTS HAVE ACCESS
The Laundry Room is a convenient amenity for all residents of Ypao Garden.
The Laundry Room door would usually remain locked through the day. Any residents who wish to access the Laundry Room can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week... by entering the code to unlock the door. There is no "set" time for the use of the Laundry Room.
To receive your access code to the Laundry Room:
As a courtesy to your fellow residents at Ypao Garden and for the sake of security, please keep these in mind:

In an effort to create social distacning, only one person, couple, or family (one party) shall be "inside" the laundry at a time. Please allow any one before you to complete what they are doing before entering the room.
NOTE:
You must wear a mask while in the Laundry Room. Do not enter the Laundry Room if you are not wearing a mask.

- The Laundry Room is ONLY for Ypao Garden's residents (Homeowners and listed Tenants)
- DO NOT share the code with anyone who is not a Ypao Garden resident
