Resident Manager

The Resident Manager works with the Board of Directors and Management Company to repair and maintain Ypao Garden Condominiums. He is the first point of contact for Ypao Garden's residents for minor issues and repairs, such as small leaks or blockages. For major repairs he will organize and supervise the work of hired contractors.
