More so, our website will assist potential investors to become more familiar with Ypao Garden Condominiums. From photos, news, stats, etc, this website contains all "must know" information. In addition, it will also provide existing occupants, financial institutions, and real estate agents with important information, i.e. ByLaws, Rules/Regulations, Declaration of Horizontal Property Regime (HPR), Land Lease, etc.

Our condo has come a long way, and the only way to move is to "move forward". The Board, along with our Resident Manager, Property Manager, and Maintenance crew are dedicated to working hard, and staying with in our budget, to make improvements which have long lasting benefits for all of us who have a stake in Ypao Garden. We do request, for more participation from YOU, the homeowners of Ypao Garden. Give us some feedback, attend meetings, talk to us...let us know your concerns or ideas. Greater participation from all homeowners is crucial in developing a more effective homeowners association.

On a side note, we would like to sincerely thank Mike Saunders, who while president of the Board, gave his all and spend many hours in improving Ypao Garden.
